The Wali Plastic Shredding System is a high-efficiency processing solution that integrates intelligence, automation, and resource utilization. The system’s core equipment includes single shaft shredder, conveyors, crusher, PLC Integrated Line Control System. Through an intelligent control system, the entire process is automated.
This system breaks down plastic into smaller pieces for easier recycling, transportation, and reprocessing. Size reduction is a critical first step in reprocessing for pelletization, injection molding, pyrolysis, fibres, or granules. This process reduces landfill waste, lowers disposal costs, and supports a circular economy by re-purposing plastic into new products.
The Wali Plastic Recycling System is a highly efficient crushing solution customized based on the actual needs of customers, offering diversified crushing processing technologies.
This plastic is fed into a single-shaft shredder via a belt conveyor for primary crushing, then conveyed to a grinder for fine shredding. The fragmented material is pneumatically transported via a blower into a cyclone separator for collection and temporarily stored in a collection cart, providing uniform raw materials for subsequent industrial processes.
