Q : Are you a factory or a trading company?
A : We are a manufacturer with our own factory and have more than 20 years’ production experience.
Q : What is the location of your company?
A : Our company is located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province, only 30 minutes by car from Nanjing Lukou International Airport. If you plan to visit our factory, we can arrange a private car to pick you up from the airport.
Q : How long will our delivery time take?
A : Usually, delivery time is 30 days. But if the machine is a non-standard custom product, it may take more time and the delivery time will be no more than 50 days.
Q : What are your payment terms?
A : We generally accept payment by T/T or L/C, 30% deposit and 70% payment before delivery. But for customers with special requirements, we can negotiate more appropriate payment terms.
Q : What is the warranty period of your machines?
A : Our warranty period for conventional machines is one year, and for special non-standard machines, we can offer a 2-3 year warranty period. Please confirm the warranty period with our sales team in advance. We can offer free replacement parts during the warranty period.
Q : Do you accept OEM customization service?
A : Yes, we have OEM customization service, including customized appearance, color, configuration, etc. But please be noted, the price may be slightly higher. Please contact our sales team for more details.
Q : What is your MOQ?
A : MOQ is one piece, also can meet your specific needs by OEM.
Q : How do you ensure the quality of your machines？
A : We use a variety of large-scale equipment, such as tempering furnace, shot blasting machine, etc., to ensure the strength and stability of the frame. In order to ensure machine accuracy, we use five-axis machining centers and floor-type milling & boring equipment. In addition, our machining, assembly and quality inspection all follow standardized procedures to ensure the product quality is controlled throughout the production process.
Q : What kind of packaging do you use for your machines?
A : Due to the large size of our equipment, we usually load it directly into the container and secure it with steel wire to prevent damage during ocean transportation. We take great care during transportation to prevent them from hitting the inside of the container while the ship is moving to ensure the machines remain intact. In addition, we ensure that no other items are placed in the container of the machine you order.
Q : How does your company provide after-sales service?
A : Our mechanical engineers provide remote assistance to resolve minor issues that may arise during machine operation process. This includes one-on-one coaching with the option to send text instructions or videos to help you resolve your issue. If any parts need to be replaced during the warranty period, we will provide them free of charge. However, you can also buy parts locally to save time. If remote guidance is not enough to resolve more serious issues, we will arrange engineers to provide on-site service. In areas where we have agents, we will contact them directly to provide services.
Q : Does your company provide training?
A : Yes, welcome to arrange relevant personnel to come to our company to study on site, and we will provide professional one-on-one guidance. However, if it is not convenient for you to visit our company, we can also provide remote training options.
Q : How do you charge ocean freight?
A : Ocean freight charges are usually confirmed by freight forwarder. You can choose to arrange delivery by using our freight forwarder or your own freight forwarder.
Q : Will your company provide relevant paper documents?
A : Of course. While delivering the machine, we also provide various manuals, operating instructions, precautions, circuit diagrams, hydraulic diagrams and other documents.
Q : How do I make sure the machine I order is right for me?
A : Before placing an order, our sales team will conduct detailed and in-depth communication with you to confirm your specific requirements. Our technical team will then recommend the most appropriate machine configuration based on your needs, ensuring that you buy the best machine for your business. Our priority is not to sell more expensive machines, as that may not be the best fit for your needs.
Export packing
Option-A: The machines will be wrapped in plastic membrane and fixed by steel wire in the container.
Option-B: We can customize the wood case to pack the machine according to customers’ requirements.
