The WALI domestic waste recycling system is an efficient processing system that integrates intelligence, automation, and resource recovery. The core equipment of the system includes a domestic waste primary crusher, conveyor, magnetic separator, star screen, and air separator. Through an intelligent control system, the entire process achieves automated operation. It fully embodies the modern waste treatment philosophy of “intelligent sorting, efficient recycling, and resource regeneration.”
The Wali domestic waste recycling solution is customized based on the actual needs of customers, offering a variety of efficient crushing and processing technologies.
In the feeding stage, the system supports various flexible methods such as chain plate conveyor feeding and forklift feeding to meet the needs of different scenarios.
The waste is first subjected to initial crushing by the primary crusher, then enters the star screen for screening. Finally, the material undergoes fine crushing by a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder.
Throughout the crushing process, a magnetic separator is used to remove metal impurities, while an air separator efficiently separates lightweight materials, ensuring maximum resource recovery and improved processing efficiency.
This recycling system operates efficiently and sorts accurately, fully realizing the resource utilization of demostic waste and providing customers with a complete and reliable solution.
