It mainly includes household waste, market trade and commercial waste, public place waste, street cleaning waste, and waste from enterprises and institutions.

Processing methods

After domestic waste is collected, it is transpoted to garbage transfer stations, crushed and then sent to a power plant for incineration to generate electricity or for next sorting process.

Coarse Crusher Introduction

The important device used in this project is robust double -shaft shredder. It is a heavy-duty double shaft shredder machine with large throughput specially designed for crushing various packaging bags, including plastic bags.

Each shaft is equipped with several high-precision cutting tools that function like scissors. By shearing and tearing, packaged bags can be broken up and separated into several bags without demaging the material itself(such as bottles, metals, الخ.), so as to facilitate subsequent sorting by sorting equipment.

In this project, hydraulic power system is used to make machine more high torgue, energy-saving, stable and impact-resistant.
